How can I apply to become a market stall holder?
As we receive a large number of applications, we ask that you fill out our waiting list form for the property manager to review. Please kindly send your waiting list form to timothy@burwoodchinatown.com.au

What are your usual trading hours for night markets?
Our night markets run from Thursday to Sunday, 4pm to 10pm.
I have a question with regards to space.
Our property manager will allocate a suitable space for you depending on your requirements.
Do you provide parking?
Currently we have no parking on site. For details on parking within Burwood, please see Burwood’s Public Car Parks.
Do you provide power?
We will provide the power for the lighting and cooking equipment. However, we recommend the tenant use gas.
What are the specific requirements for selling food when applying for a stall?
You will need to provide us with a food safety certificate, a copy of a current public liability insurance, ABN, food menu and a photo of your products.
I have a question with regards to equipment.
For most stallholders we can provide a market cart sized 1.8m x 1.5m. However, some stallholders will need to bring their own marquee and table, depending on the location. Moreover, you must provide your own heavy-duty electrical power cable 5m-10m long.
