Event summary 

• Time: You can choose between these two time slots.

  1. Fridays 5pm – 8pm (Arrive by 4:40pm for setup) 
  2. Fridays 6pm – 9pm (Arrive by 5:40pm for setup) 

• Location: Burwood Chinatown, 127-133BurwoodRoad, BurwoodNSW 2134 

• Entry fees: $50 – all goes to Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) 

• Age limit: 15 years or under (Parental supervision is required at all times)

MINI MARKET STALL FAQ

How can I apply to become a mini market stall holder?

Due to high demand, please:

• Complete our online application form

• Provide details about items for sale

• Select preferred dates

What's the time commitment?

Each session runs for 3 hours. Participants must:  

• Arrive 20 mins early for setup  

• Stay for the entire duration  

• Clean up stall area afterward 

What can my child sell?

We accept:

• Gently used toys & books

• Handmade crafts & art

• Board games & puzzles

No food, liquids, or dangerous items

What if it rains?

Your market stall will be moved to our covered indoor area.

What should we bring?

Essential checklist:

• Table decorations/posters

• Price tags & pens

• Small change ($1/$2 coins)

Why is the $50 donation paid separately?

This ensures:

• 100% goes directly to SCHF

• You receive a proper tax receipt

• Transparent fundraising tracking

Can I get a refund if we cancel?

As this is a charity event, fees are non-refundable but fully tax-deductible. We are able to re-arrange with at least one week’s notice.
